The villa is donned with contemporary Mexican decor, wood window frames, marble floors, showers with tempered glass and more, for a very pleasant and inviting stay in sunny Cancun! Your group of friends or family will love staying here because of its great location downtown and easy access to shopping, local eats, the beach, and activities, just to name a few. You’ll love spending time in the enclosed private backyard with a pool and a cozy hammock or relaxing in the patio under the lighted tree.

Here are the features of the 290 sqm | 3,120 sq ft villa:

• The main floor SITTING AREA has a large comfy sofa and flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix and access to streaming services, perfect for downtime at home between trips to the beach and activities.

• A fully-equipped KITCHEN with all the essentials and high-quality appliances for preparing meals at home.

• A DINING TABLE set to accommodate 10 guests for enjoying home-cooked meals or working on your laptop, if you must. This area has beautiful wood and glass doors that open up to a private backyard with a pool.

• 4 BEDROOMS and 3.5 BATHROOMS accommodate up to 10 guests as such:

1. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, second floor master bedroom w/ a full ensuite bathroom, amazing bathtub, walk-in closet & dedicated workspace

2. Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, second floor with dedicated workspace

3. Bedroom 3: 2 Double/full beds, second floor with dedicated workspace

4. Bedroom 4: 2 Bunk beds, main floor w/ private bathroomç

• Free street PARKING

The check-in is in person with the concierge, who will meet you upon arrival and remain at your disposal for any questions you might have.

You'll have full and exclusive access to your villa during your stay.

1. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

2. No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the villa, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.

3. No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please no loud music or noises during this time. We must be respectful of the neighbors.

4. No guests, other than those listed on the reservation, are allowed at the property.

5. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

6. It's mandatory to provide a government ID for all guests on the reservation prior to arrival and on the day of check-in.

7. Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

8. Please do not force open any locked cabinets found in the home

9. Please avoid moving furniture.

10. Pets are not allowed.

11. Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.

    ** A breach of any one of these house rules listed will incur a $500 USD penalty fee. **

-The villa has two levels, some bedrooms are located on the second level, and guests may need to climb stairs.

-Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, quality bed linens, towels, and free street parking are all provided free during your stay.

-There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.

-We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap , shampoo, & conditioner. We also provide some paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags for your convenience. They are not replenished during your stay, so please note that if you run out, you will need to purchase more.

-There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home for guest safety and security and an alarm system.

-A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
