Your group of friends or family will love staying here because of its great location downtown and easy access to shopping, local eats, the beach, and activities, just to name a few.

Here are the features of the 350 sqm | 3,768 sq ft villa:

1. PRIVATE BACKYARD & SWIMMING POOL with loungers and a cozy hammock on the patio. Enjoy a beverage and a pool day or dining in the fresh air.

2. TV/SITTING AREA has a large comfy sofa and flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix and access to streaming services, perfect for downtime at home between trips to the beach and activities.

3. FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all the essentials and high-quality appliances for preparing meals at home.

4. DINING TABLE set to accommodate 10 guests for enjoying home-cooked meals or working on your laptop, if you must. This area has beautiful wood and glass doors that open up to a private patio.

   5 BEDROOMS and 5 FULL BATHROOMS accommodate up to 14 guests as such:

   1. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, second floor master bedroom w/ a full ensuite bathroom w/ an amazing bathtub & dedicated workspace

   2. Bedroom 2: 2 Double/full beds, second floor with dedicated workspace

   3. Bedroom 3: 2 Double/full beds, second floor

   4. Bedroom 4: 1 King bed, main floor

   5. Bedroom 5: 1 Bunk bed (single beds, top and bottom), main floor

- Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer & dryer, quality bed linens, towels, and parking for 2 vehicles are all provided complimentary during your stay.

The check-in is in person with the concierge, who will meet you upon arrival and remain at your disposal for any questions you might have.

You'll have full and exclusive access to your villa during your stay.

1. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

2. No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

3. No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

4. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

5. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

6. It's mandatory to provide a government ID for all guests on the reservation prior to arrival and on the day of check-in.

7. Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

8. Please avoid moving furniture.

9. Pets are not allowed.

1. The villa has two levels, some bedrooms are located on the second level, and guests may need to climb stairs.

2. Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, quality bed linens, towels, and free street parking are all provided free during your stay.

3. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.

4. We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap , shampoo, & conditioner. We also provide some paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags for your convenience. They are not replenished during your stay, so please note that if you run out, you will need to purchase more.

5. There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home for guest safety and security and an alarm system.

6. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
